He began in a professional manner to explain the process used to maintain each of the four furnaces to be inspected. Reuben evaluated each furnace, and the end result was that all furnaces are ready for winter. Knowing that these furnaces are in good shape for the winter brings a calming feeling to me as a landlord. We have also scheduled an additional 5 furnaces to be inspected and readied for winter.
