All good reviews on Google and their website. Kappler's workmanship warranty and the warrantees of my AC and Furnace units added value.

He began in a professional manner to explain the process used to maintain each of the four furnaces to be inspected. Reuben evaluated each furnace, and the end result was that all furnaces are ready for winter. Knowing that these furnaces are in good shape for the winter brings a calming feeling to me as a landlord. We have also scheduled an additional 5 furnaces to be inspected and readied for winter. I have complete confidence in Reuben and in his abilities to make sure all well be well.
