“Stephen arrived at the beginning of the time frame for my appt. which I very much appreciated.
My appt. was for a routine maintenance on my outside a/c. He was able to answer all my questions about my unit. Ex. I didn't know how to get rid of the cotton that had collected on the outside of my unit. I didn't know I could use my hose and gently wash it away. He was very polite. I will use your service in the future.”

“Ruben over did a nice job. He is knowledgable and listens to my observations and answers my questions politely. That's very important!, cool! I however have a little "constructive criticism". He has been here three times (at least). He has lost screws to covers 2 of three times. I found the missing screw this time in the carpet. He needs a method for handling disassembled parts. Example, a wrist magnet for small things. Second, he does not clean up after himself. I found old electrical tape, old splice butts, etc. everywhere. Lastly, I had placed protective split tubing around the thermistor wire. He did not tuck the tubing back into plastic cover housing or reinstall mouse/snake keep-out mesh. If he does not understand something he should ask owner for details. Instead, he took the easier route and did not re-tuck tubing and threw the snake mesh away on the ground. Overall, he did a good job! But little things add up. Please use this feedback for improvement and teaching. Dave”
