“Kappler’s representative was profession, answered all our questions and showed us how to troubleshoot our issues if they should araise again. Took about an hour and convinced us to add the service package so they will return in the winter to check up the furnace. Our need today was strictly HVAC issue. I highly recommended using happier as there was no sales pressure or unnecessary selling.”
