“Ulises Felipe came out to check a mini-split that suddenly leaked water on to the carpeted floor below. He was very thorough and persistent in looking for the cause. He cleaned all the relevant components but was unable to identify with certainty the cause of the leaking. We will try to use the mini-split tonight and put towels under the mini-split in case the problem is still there.
Ulises could not have been more through and dedicated in solving our leak problem. Also he is very pleasant to work with and we are very satisfied with his work.”
