“Ruben Lemus performed a comprehensive maintenance service on my Trane XV80 gas furnace. Ruben was friendly and professional and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the furnace systems. He provided a description of the furnace conditions based on visual and instrument readings and recommended appropriate service to address the conditions for my approval.”
