“Ulises Felipe came out to check a mini-split that suddenly leaked water on to the carpeted floor below. He was very thorough and persistent in looking for the cause. He cleaned all the relevant components but was unable to identify with certainty the cause of the leaking. We will try to use the mini-split tonight and put towels under the mini-split in case the problem is still there.
Ulises could not have been more through and dedicated in solving our leak problem. Also he is very pleasant to work with and we are very satisfied with his work.”
“Ruben was our technician for the annual air conditioning maintenance. He showed up on time and as usual performed a very thorough inspection of our system. During the cleaning and maintenance of the air conditioning unit he found that our freon charge was very low and he replaced the freon to assure that we were in compliance with the recommended freon level. He assured us that this would make the air conditioner more efficient and checked the unit after the charge to assure it was operating efficiently.
I am extremely pleased with the maintenance contract Wirth Kappler and will continue to rely on you for all of my HVAC needs. I will also provide referrals to any friends or neighbors in need of a quality and reliable HVAC experience.”
