“The tech arrived promptly at the early end of the window. He explained exactly what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. He was efficient in his actions and had our system checked out and our filters cleaned pretty quickly. He at all times observed customary practices in keeping customer’s homes clean and neat. He explained his diagnostic tools and showed us that they were reading that things were working properly. He also explained that Mitsubishi has made an air purification attachment for our unit and is having information sent to our email on it. All in all, a very satisfactory experience.”
