“Josh is exceptional. He is professional, knowledgeable and informative. He looked at my Air Conditioner and advised what could have happen and then explained very thoroughly what would make the unit more efficient. I have another appointment in October for a new filter unit. While he was at my home the basement window well flooded, Josh assisted me with the Shop Vac to get the water out of the window well. I want to say I have not had such great service. Josh is a star.”
