“Ulises was great. I was unable to be there for the appointment but he worked with me over the phone (my ‘adult’ son was home) and explained everything he did and was doing. He was really thorough and very polite. I was super stressed about what might be wrong with my 28 year old system thinking that someone might come in and say it simply needed replaced. I SO APPRECIATE his professional opinion and his repair ability. I will look to Kappler when my system goes for replacement!
