“We had an error code show up on our furnace yesterday and called Kappler today – the answering service was courteous and I received a timely call back from Kappler. Since the furnace wasn’t functioning properly, Kappler arranged for Travis to come out that afternoon. Travis promptly diagnosed the problem ( a fault code that another HVAC company couldn’t apparently diagnose) and proceeded to go ahead and perform routine winter maintenance as well. We switched to Kappler earlier this year and will continue with them for sure. They are the best HVAC company we have ever dealt with in Boulder.”
