“I was very pleased with the repair of my furnace. The diagnosis of the furnace problem was a bit complicated because the failure of one part caused another problem in the furnace. The repairman identified both problems and found a replacement part so that the entire repair was completed in a single day. Also the repairman was very friendly and easy to work with.”
