“My furnace went out on a Sunday night when the temperature was about 20°. I made an online appointment to have service done on the furnace on a Tuesday morning but the office called me Monday morning and offered to have a technician come out at noon on Monday. He arrived promptly, seemed knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem by cleaning a part rather than having to replace it. I will definitely use them again if something further happens with my furnace or air conditioning.”

“On January 19th I had an error message on our thermostat and I called Kappler in the morning of the 20th. Kappler was able to sent out a tech. The tech they sent was Travis Kim. Travis was extremely knowledgeable and explain in detail what needed to be done. I hope the next time I need maintenance done, Travis will be the one that is sent or someone as knowledgeable and courteous. Kappler and their techs do an outstanding job, I would recommend them to anyone.”

“We replaced our old gas furnace and air conditioner with a new Amana furnace, Bosh heat pump and a Mitsubishi mini-split system. Also some electrical change were required to support the new equipment. A large crew of people worked two days install all the equipment.
