I made an online appointment to have service done on the furnace on a Tuesday morning but the office called me Monday morning and offered to have a technician come out at noon on Monday. He arrived promptly, seemed knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem by cleaning a part rather than having to replace it. I will definitely use them again if something further happens with my furnace or air conditioning.”
